May mga sariling gimik at kanya-kangyang hangad sa buhay.

Kahit na anong mangyari, kahit na saan ka man patungo
Ngunit ngayon kay bilis maglaho ng kahapon.
Sana’y huwag kalimutan ang ating mga pinagsamahan.
At kung sakaling gipitin ay laing isipin na minsan tayo ay naging tunay na magkaibigan.
Minsan ay parang wala nang bukas sa buhay natin.
Inumang hanggang sa magdamag na para bang tayo’y mauubusan.
Sa ilalim ng bilog na buwan mga tiyan nati’y walang laman.
Ngunit kahit na walang pera ang bawat gabi’y anong saya.
Minsan ay hindi mo na alam ang nangyayari.
Kahit na anong gawin, lahat ng bagay ay merong hangganan.
Dahil ngayon tayo ay nilimot ng kahapon.
Di na mapipilitang buhayun ang ating pinagsamahan.
Ngunit kung sakaling mapadaan baka ikaw ay aking tawagan
dahil minsan tayo ay naging tunay na magkaibigan.

I got home from work at around 430AM. Ado, our white cat, wanted to go out of the house. So I let him. I figured he wanted to take a dump. While I was waiting for him by the door, something fell from the roof. That something was a rat. Ewwww. I know right… I would say Ado got pretty excited with his catch. He wanted to bring his catch inside the house and no way did I want that to happen. So I just let him be and I went inside the house.
And now… My niece, who left her scooter outside the gate, woke up and then when she opened the door–yeah, you pretty much know what happened. But at first, I DIDN’T. Then I realized that Ado was very busy in the bathroom… So I went at check and lo and behold!!!

Ado did get bored and decided that he wanted Zoie to enjoy his catch. But the rat was a bit too fast for Zoie. I had to wake up Joy and Maribel coz I panicked. In the end, Maribel got hold of the rat while Ado (image above) was just relaxing. It’s 6AM right now and my heart is still racing. What a morning!!!
